The Legal Forum for the Land of Israel stated a victory Tuesday, pointing to the Comptroller's Annual Report on the awarding of the Israel Prize. According to the report, the commission awarding the prizes acted incorrectly when it gave one to the leftist Israel Democracy Institute.

The Legal Forum stated in a statement that “the Comptroller's report proves we were correct in our criticism, and it has now been unfortunately proven that the prize was awarded incorrectly. The report also shows that the High Court treated our appeal against the awarding of the prize too lightly,” the statement said.
