Glick Visit the Temple Mount on Monday

Chairman Yehuda Glick of the Organization for Human Rights on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem praised the police on Sunday for their handling of Arabs who hurled rocks at visitors to the holy site. He stated that by letting Jews and non-violenet Muslims onto the mount, the police showed that they had learned from the mistake of the Sukkot (Tabernacles) holiday in the drop when they allowed the threat of Arab violence to close the site.

Glick said that care must be taken to continue to allow freedom of worship on the mount and to stop all sorts of violence at the site. He added, "We also call on Jews to approach to the Temple Mount tomorrow and not to show signs of weakness and fright.
