Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon has declined to meet with a group of five congressmen who came to Israel on a mission organized by the far-left J Street lobbyist group.
J Street has been heavily criticized for lobbying against the positions of the Israeli government, opposing restrictions against Iran and receiving funding from pro-Arab and Iranian groups.
