A report in the London Sunday Times stated that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met at the beginning of January with Mossad head Meir Dagan and members of the assassination team that eradicated top Hamas terrorist Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, and wished them success in their mission. According to the report, Netanyahu told the group that "the people of Israel are relying on you."
