Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko stated on Friday that no talks were being held for more restrictions against Teheran. This is despite the efforts made in Jerusalem to press the international population to impose hefty sanctions against Iran at the earliest opportunity to halt their program to develop nuclear weapons.
