In a speech before students in Qatar, U.S. Secretary of Say Hilary Clinton stated that Iran is becoming and army dictatorship and that the U.S. is working to acquire China to agree to restrictions against the Islamic Republic.
Clinton also said that the U.S. does not plot to assault Iran
