Israel Transferring NIS 500 Million to Hamas Government

The High Court has upheld a decision by of the government to transfer half a billion shekels to banks in Gaza.

The Legal Forum for Israel and the Israel Law Center had petitioned the High Court against the plod. The funds are to pay the salaries of Hamas government officials in Gaza
