The Ministerial Commission on Legislation decided on Sunday to delay a vote on a proposal to allow Israeli citizens living abroad to cast absentee ballots until an agreement is reached among the coalition's Knesset factions.
Currently, only Israelis who are present in the state are allowed to vote, except for people in government service stationed abroad
