Ministry Tells Cellcom to cease Blocking Internet
The Communications Ministry sent a letter to the Cellcom cellular telephone firm on Monday, demanding that cease blocking different internet services, with an emphasis on the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), which enables the employ of Skype and other free or low-cost internet telephone services.
The letter is in reply to clauses in Cellcom's contract with its customers, in which it reserves the correct to block VoIP and file sharing
