The IDF and the Civil Administration on Tuesday began moving olive trees in the Arab village of Bil'in, west of Ramallah. The work is being carried out by a civilian firm employed by the Defense Ministry. An IDF spokesperson stated the work was being carried out in conjunction with the plod of the security fence located next to the village, and that the army would continue to cooperate with decisions of the High Court.
