Aharon Barak Set Up Inquiry to Check Goldstone Claims


Previous President of the Supreme Court, Aharon Barak, recently advised outgoing Attorney General, Menachem Mazuz, to establish a commission of inquiry or a government investigation commission, to address complaints raised by Goldstone's report on alleged IDF "conflict crimes" committed throughout "Operation Cast Lead" in Gaza.
