Ariel File Lawsuits Against Freeze Immediately
Knesset member Uri Ariel (National Union) is urging Jewish citizens of Judea and Samaria who are adversely affected by the government’s construction freeze to file lawsuits against the action without further delay.
The Ministry of Defense on Monday released advertisements explaining to the public how to file claims for damages caused by the construction - some two months after it went into effect. Ariel stated he was concerned that further delay would result in the claims being ignored
