A Border Police officer was indicted Tuesday for resulting in the death of a rioter at the site of the construction of the security fence in Na'alin in 2008. The indictment states that the officer intentionally shot live ammunition into a crowd of rioters in order to disperse them. An Arab youth was shot in the head throughout the incident.
