A sharp explosion was heard Tuesday morning next to Netiv Haasarah,fair north of Hamas-controlled Gaza. No wounds were informed.

The Israel Defense Forces are checking to see if the blast was caused by an exploding wagon. An IDF unit, which saw the blast, located a suspect who was seen running away.
