Kadima to Exploit Ministers Absence No-Confidence Vote


Despite long-standing Knesset practice that votes are not be held when the Prime Minister is abroad, Opposition Leader, Tzipi Livni says she plans to submit a non-confidence vote against the government on Monday.

Netanyahu and almost a third of the government's ministers are in Berlin for bi-lateral talks and to hold a symbolic cabinet meeting in the German capital
