Russia Getting Closer to Hamas


The Ma’an news service accounts that Russian is improving ties with Hamas. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated on Friday that Moscow is intensifying its contacts with Hamas, which it considers “vital”. Lavrov's comments were made throughout a news conference in Moscow to discuss the priorities of Russian foreign policy in 2010.

Hamas terrorists have shot thousands of missiles at Israeli civilian centers and the group says its goal is the destruction of the Say of Israe
