Single Building in Jerusalem to Sell for NIS 500m
A single housing project to be constructed in downtown Jerusalem will likely sell for almost NIS 500 million ($135 million), Africa Israel Housing accounts. Africa Israel was recently hard hit by the collapse of the American real estate market.
The eight tale building on 7 Rabbi Kook Street in Jerusalem will consist of 120 housing units and will include apartments of from 2 to 6 rooms, as well as a boutique hotel. So far 25% of the residential apartments have been offered.
