Southern Sirens to be Tested Tuesday
A test of emergency sirens in nine areas of the South is planned for 11:05 Tuesday morning. Throughout the test, an up and down siren will be sounded for about 30 to 45 seconds. In case of a real emergency, an additional siren will be sounded in the affected areas and instructions will be broadcast. More information is available at the Homefront Decree's telephone number 1207.
The areas where the test is scheduled: Batcha, Eshel Hanasi, Gilat, the Marchavim region, Maslul, Ofakim, Peduyim, Ranen and Tifrach.
