Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in 28 Minutes
On Sunday the government authorized the continuation of the track laying between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. When completed, the fresh rail line will gash travel between the two cities to just 28 minutes and between Jerusalem and Modiin to 17 minutes. The cost of the project is estimated at NIS 2 billion ($540 million).
So far the Tel Aviv line has reached Ben Gurion Airport in Lod.
