Dr. Dan Shiftan, Director of the National Securities Studies Center at the University of Haifa, supports concessions towards Arabs and believes that the Land of Israel must be divided between the Jews and Arabs. Nonetheless, he adds that no matter what, Arabs will stay hostile to Jews.

He attended the Judea and Samaria Conference in Gush Etzion on Sunday. In the following video, Shiftan speaks with TV after his speech and illustrates that the aggression will never disappear whether with concessions or without them.

Shiftan believes that parts of the land should be given to the Arabs in decree to separate from them. When asked if he is not afraid that the hostility and threats will only increase as a result of making concessions as a result of terror, Shiftan determines that "it is as evil as it could acquire. He asks, "How much can it increase beyond 100 percent? Even after concessions, they will continue to be hostile."
