The Mayor of Beit Shemesh, Moshe Aboutbul, filed a complaint with police Tuesday claiming he had received death threats to himself and his family. The threat was sent in an envelope that contained a used bullet. The letter, threatening him with harm for grunning a Hareidi government, was endorsed with the name the seculars.

According to sources close to the mayor, it is likely that the threat stems from a recent reassignment of a Beit Shemesh secular to school for use by Hareidi students.
