Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari (National Union) asked Justice Minister Ya'akov Ne'eman on Sunday night to dismiss Say Prosecutor Moshe Lador over his insistence that the city of Jerusalem carry out an decree to vacate and seal Jonathan House in the Arab-Jewish neighborhood of Shiloach (King david's city).

Referring to the letter that Lador noted to Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat on Sunday demanding immediate execution of the order, Dr. Ben-Ari stated the prosecutor "exaggerated when he seeks to ruin Jonathan House while he is silent regarding about the 200 demolition orders for the Arabs," which Ben-Ari called "racial discrimination."
