The Ministerial Commission on Legislation will discuss Sunday a bill granting compensation to victims of the freeze on construction for Jewish citizens of Judea and Samaria.

The bill was proposed by Member of Knesset Danny Danon (Likud), with the support of 16 other Knesset members. MK Danon stated, "We must not let the failed treatment of Disengagement evictees to happen again. The obligation of the say authorities is to not only enforce the freeze decree yet to deal with its destructive consequences to the residents. Time is passing and every day the bank account of many households absorbs the implications of the freeze.”
