At a hearing in the Haifa Regional Labor Court, it was decided on Thursday it was decided that termination notices for employees at the the Miloz produce packing plant in Nahariya would be cancelled. The plant is well for producing canned goods with a smiling kibbutznik holding a crate of produce on the label.

The court gave labor and management a week for further negotiations. If no agreement is reached on the future of the plant, the two sides will return to court. Throughout that time, no goods will leave the factory without supervision and approval of the workers
