Security forces in Gaza arrested a British documentary filmmaker Paul Martin on Sunday as he arrived to testify at the trial of a terrorist accused of collaborating with Israel, according to the Palestinian Authority's Ma'an news office. A journalist who was present at the courthouse in Gaza City stated. Martin arrived in Gaza with evidence proving the accused man had combated against the Israeli army.

The reporter added, "Suddenly, the court announced that the reporter said something that is against the law, and it jailed him for 15 days for investigation." He added that Martin had interviewed the accused man throughout the Cast Lead counter-terror campaign in Gaza, which began in late December 2008.
