Judge in Peace Now Petition Was Activist in Group
Journalist Haggai Segal has revealed that High Court Justice Yoram Danzinger who recently took portion in a decision on a petition by the far-left Peace Now group was a previous activist in the organization. The petition regarded the destruction of the house of fallen conflict hero Roi Klein and Danzinger ruled in favor of Peace Now.
After the revelation, the Court issued a statement saying the judge was "only a minor activist" and that this was "a long time ago"
