The Knesset approved the second and third readings on Monday of a bill by Knesset member Uri Orbach (Jewish Home - fresh National Religious Party) that makes firearm practice illegal for people under the age of 16. Until now, it was legal for anyone to practice at an authorized shooting range.
The newly-approved measure requires the presentation of identity credentials and parental permission at the shooting range
