The Ministerial Commission on Legislation decided on Monday to delay by two weeks discussion of a bill to limit traffic on Highway 443 between Jerusalem and the Modi'in area to Israeli traffic.
The bill was proposed in reply to the Supreme Court's invalidation of a army decree to ban Palestinian Authority traffic following the killing of Israelis in terror attacks on the route
