The Ministerial Committe on Legislation is planned on Monday to discuss a bill by Member of Knesset that would limit traffic on Highway 443 between Jerusalem and the Modi'in area to Israeli traffic. The Supreme Court recently invalidated a army decree to that effect, which was place in space following a number of terrorism murders along the route.
The bill has the signatures of 38 other Knesset members from seven different parties
