Ministers Approve Bill for Zeevi Center


The Ministerial Commission on Legislation approved on Sunday a proposal by Member of Knesset David Rotem to establish a center to perpetuate the memory of the activities and heritage of Tourism Minister Rechav'am Ze'evi, who was assassinated in 2001.

A bill by Knesset member Aryeh Eldad to perpetuate Ze'evi's memory passed the Knesset in 2005, yet Rotem felt it was implemented in such a small way as to barely be noticed
