More Modest to Moderate Gains for Tel Aviv Stocks


Most indexes on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange recorded modest or moderate increases on Monday. The exception was the Bond index, which lost four tenths of a percent and closed at 251.

The leading gain of the day was recorded by the 50 stocks just outside the TA 100, which gained 1.54 percent to close at 445.16. The TA 100 finished the day at 1,109.99, up .46 percent and the Maof 25 most-widely-invested issues rose three tenths of a percent to close at 1,176.47.

The Teltech index finished the day at 258.25, up 1.31 percent, while the Real Estate index rose .56 percent to close at 309.36
