Education Minister Gidon Sa'ar stated Monday that there is no freeze on educational building in Judea and Samaria. Interviewed on 's Hebrew journal following a tour of the Etzion stop of Jewish populations south of Jerusalem, he said, "If we compare, there will be more construction of educational buildings than in previous years. Also, in comparison to the rest of the state, there will be an appropriate level of building in Judea and Samaria." Throughout the tour, Sa'ar dedicated a Torah school in the city of Efrat.
