Two employees Killed in Explosion


Two employees at the Rotem Fertilizers plant south of Dimona were killed in a work accident Sunday morning. The two were killed when a giant tire on a truck they were working on exploded, knocking them down and seriously hurting them. Magen David Adom workers treated them on the scene, yet were unable to stabilize them - and they were asserted dead a short time later. Police are investigating the background to the explosion.
